BA English (University of Florida)
AA (Santa Fe College)
I grew up in a small town in Florida and had an amazing childhood growing up with my cousins and friends. I played sports, was incredibly active in extracurricular activities, and loved spending time with my family. Not much has changed in my adulthood. I still love to exercise, serve in my church and community, and spend time with my husband and young son. We live in Gainesville, Florida, where my husband works for an engineering firm, and my son and I live our best lives at home. I’m so excited to work for this school and raise my son from my home.
“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” (Isaiah 40:28-31).
Technically, my first job was babysitting my younger cousins and siblings. My first real job was as a sandwich artist at Subway.
I really enjoy working out and running with my husband. I also love spending time with my friends and their babies.
Bucket List Item
I would love to visit Israel and walk the places Jesus and the disciples did.
Maui, Hawaii! I would live there if I could. The amazing jungles, island life, beaches, and nature blew me away.
Person I’d Like to Meet
Mary, the mother of Jesus. I would ask so many questions about raising the Son of God, what it was like to carry Him in her body, and so many other things.
