In this advanced course, you’ll expand your skills in baking and dessert preparation, protein cooking, and kitchen safety—building on the foundation established in Culinary Arts I. Learn to create meals with a global perspective, exploring how hospitality bridges cultures and communities. You’ll also study nutrition, sustainability, and the business side of the culinary world, from managing a kitchen to launching a catering service. Throughout the course, you’ll be encouraged to view the culinary arts as a calling—one that uses food to serve others, steward resources wisely, and cultivate environments where faith and family can flourish.
