This one-semester course supports continued development in grammar, literary analysis, and writing as students explore classic American literature, drama, poetry, and nonfiction texts. English III Fundamentals explores the same core units as English III while emphasizing foundational skill development.

Students read To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee and Our Town by Thornton Wilder and selections of poetry and nonfiction while developing writing and research skills. Ideal for students needing reinforcement, this course builds confidence in reading, writing, and critical thinking.
