Discover what it means to live a healthy life—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This one-semester elective course introduces students to the foundations of health and wellness, helping them make wise choices and care for the bodies God has given them.

Students build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness through engaging lessons in personal health, nutrition, fitness, and safety. This course explores body systems, hygiene, healthy habits, and the importance of physical and mental well-being.
