Explore the digital world through hands-on learning and real-world applications. In this one-semester elective, students are introduced to foundational computing concepts, software tools, and emerging technologies. A second-semester, Middle School Computer Science II, continues the study of computing and computing technologies.

Students create projects, investigate tech careers, and build confidence in using technology to solve everyday problems. Topics include word processing, spreadsheets, sensors, artificial intelligence, data privacy, and basic programming structures—all designed to support success in an increasingly connected world.
