Get moving and build healthy habits. This one-semester elective course encourages students to stay active, set fitness goals, and understand the benefits of physical wellness.

  • Lifelong Physical Wellness

Students are introduced to the fundamentals of physical fitness through engaging lessons and guided activities. This course teaches basic concepts such as heart rate, calorie burning, warm-ups, and cool-downs, while encouraging students to find enjoyable ways to stay active for life.
