Develop your artistic voice through thoughtful inquiry and creative practice. This one-semester course introduces students to the foundations of two-dimensional art while integrating a Christian worldview that encourages beauty, purpose, and intentionality in artistic expression.

In this course, students will learn:

  • Portfolio Building
  • Research & Sketch Booking

Through sustained visual inquiry and professional practices, students create and refine a cohesive body of work for exhibition. Ideal for aspiring artists, this course prepares students to share their art with skill, meaning, and confidence.
